Well, they say once you learn to ride a bike, you never forget. I was hoping it would be the same for driving a car with manual transmission. I had to pick someone up at the airport an hour away, and had to use someone else's car to do it.

It's true! I didn't forget, and I didn't do anything dumb, and I drove quite nicely and enjoyed myself -- even though it's been at least 15 years since I drove one of those things.

Yay!

Glad I wasn't too close to you...sometimes things like that backfire...I suppose it's like getting on a horse, a Gondorian warriors horse...hmmm...a certain Gondorian warrior's horse...now wouldn't THAT be nice!
