There must be a difference between it and Ovaltine, but I can't tell what it is!

Agree. I tried it and figured it to be the equivalent of Ovaltine which I drank regularly as a child.
I saw Milo yesterday at Canned Food Outlet. It was an international container as ingredients, directions etc. in several languages......including Arabic etc.
