It's an ACCCCCKKKK!!!! sort of day

My good news that I have lost weight enough that I am comfy in a tighter pair of jeans and that I at least managed to get clean curtains up yesterday has been eclipsed by the fact that I somehow managed to get such a bad Trojan Horse on my work computer that I had to call in the Computer Man because our ultra secure antivirus program was detecting it but not deleting it. So here I sit in the lounge, waiting for it to -- hopefully -- get cleaned up without having to do drastic stuff like reformatting.

All my important stuff is stored offline, fortunately, and all my private stuff is mostly duplicated elsewhere. But it's a pain. It's been one of those days, for some reason -- nothing tangible, just this feeling of being too far behind and not catching up, and having unexpected things pop out at me to trip me up. Having a bit of trouble with IBS because of the stress, too.

Thankfully, my main work today involves a printed document and a red pen, so I am at least not getting behind in that way.

If I didn't have a headache and feel stressed out I would be looking forward to this evening; we are going to a baseball game with friends. Hope it doesn't rain! It is a local team but they are considered semi-pro or minor league or whatever it's called. Sorry, I'm a profootball nut, and don't pay that much attention to baseball. ;-) It's the Reading Phillies, in case anyone cares.

I think I'll go get some coffee and take some Brufen, and see how that helps my outlook on life. After saying a prayer for myself, of course!

What is it about me that gravity likes so much?

Well, I've been accident free for some months, but I'm all scuffed up again after tripping on uneven pavement on my way home -- walking fast, of course, so that I went flying (and I do mean flying). Two knees, two hands, one elbow nicely skinned and scraped and bruised with some bleeding, and a shoulder that is beginning to feel a bit stiff and achey from getting a good wrench. My pride is intact, because I got up and kept going and didn't see anyone noticing me (I didn't look, either.)

And me all set to go to a baseball game tonight. :-/

Still going, as of now, we'll see how I feel in an hour.

One good thing, the adrenalin rush from falling cured my headache! :-D
