Am I sick, or what?
I had the oddest day yesterday, I was soooooo tired, I just couldn't function. I felt just a tiny bit ill on Saturday evening, then yesterday I woke up feeling not very rested. I literally slept through church (which I usually don't do), so when we got home, I threw food on the table for the boys and went to bed. I had a very long nap, and felt slightly less limp afterwards, but not entirely. I still feel odd this morning, like I haven't been getting enough sleep (which is possible, we had disturbed sleep a couple of times this week due to the neighbors' dogs barking), or like I do after I've been sick with a fever and am now recovering -- except I haven't been sick, that I know of. Guess I'll have to just keep taking it easy and sleep when I feel like it, so I can recover from whatever is making me like this -- or prevent whatever might be coming. ;-)
So today's plan will be to take it easy and feel better. Not a bad thing to do on a Monday, I guess!
For those of you who can't take time off this week -- even if you ought to -- I am hoping and praying that you will find yourself some breathing room amidst your busyness and stress:

That quote reminds me of a little book about the tyranny of the urgent.

Sorry about your migraine and such, I do hope it has subsided and that you are feeling better. I am much improved, now that I have caught up on my rest. I am a bit tired at the moment, but that's from shoveling snow, hehe!

I was worried about you last night. I am glad you are planning to rest today. Unexplained tiredness is worrisome so be on the lookout for any other symptoms so you can take proper action to make yourself well. I am praying you are tired because you successfully fended off an illness and are allowing your immune system to recover.

I seem to be fine today -- except for feeling a bit tired from shoveling snow, lol! Luckily it was light and fluffy snow. I am thinking I just was overtired from too much lost sleep (and maybe a wee bout with bug), and it caught up with me. I had two days of pretty much loafing, and good sleeping at night, so that has helped me.

Re: ""In the rush of life......."
I'm feeling much better now, it seems to have just been not enough sleep catching up with me.

I am better, so don't worry. It seems to have been just some passing kind of tired thing. Probably my body telling me to give it a break, lol!

I hope you feel better, love!

I do feel better. Not sure what the deal was, but I guess it's decided to move on.
