Dad update

My mom reports that my dad feels good enough and has some energy, but the treatment he is receiving in the hospital is not having an effect as yet to clear his lungs. The doctor now wonders if it is some kind of severe respiratory ailment other than pneumonia. I always thought pneumonia was as bad as it got! Dad's a pretty bad asthmatic so that could be a factor, as well.

Anyway, more tests have been done, and will be done -- maybe they'll know something helpful today.

Hubby's a bit stressed out right now, with lots of different demands on his time and he just can't quite figure out how he's going to manage it all -- and he can't delegate in most cases. Sound familiar? I must be rubbing off on him! ;-) A clone or two would be useful right now!

Thank you for the updates, Lin (I know I don't respond nearly as often as I read, but I've been praying too) - May the tests find what they need to know to be able to help him.

Sorry I don't have any clones to spare - all of mine are already employed full-time, lol...

i'll be thinking about and praying for your dad today as i remember here and there. Give hubby a hug and a wicked (great) lunch and he'll feel a wee bit better :D

And don't you go getting run down and sick with worry and stress over your three main men. (good news yesterday about Nathan)

((((You))))

And you have fun chasing after those insurance guys and making the most of time away from painting. ;-)

You and your family are in my hearts and thoughts

I wish that I could give you a hug in person, so I will have to content myself with adding to your hug counter and ((((((((you)))))))

I hope that your father recovers quickly from this bout. And yes, terribly bad asthma can really complicte things, too. That much I do know.
