I have roll over minutes... but, I understand how easy it can be to run over...plus all the fine print when you sign up for a cell phone service.. You almost need a lawyer to read it before you sign.. Sorry, to hear about your troubles.. I went through this with my father 11 years ago... really stressful... We are library junkies here too!!!
