Where is the morning going?

Before I begin, let me update you all on yesterday. I had a good visit to the dentist. I do not mind going to dentists in the least, even when they drill, but I do react to Novacaine so I was planning on having a yucky evening. However, they didn't need to give me a shot -- just popped the temp off and the new crown on, and cemented it in place. It hurt for awhile because of all the fiddling to get it in, but now I am back in business and can chew properly. The right side of my mouth is rejoicing and is begging for a vaction from chewing food. ;-)

I spent hours at Walmart waiting for prescriptions to be filled, but managed to get some good shopping done while I waited. Got home to learn that important folks were coming by soon to "see the guest house" -- eeeep! Talk about teamwork and whirlwind cleaning! We had a presentable place to show them when they came, but I was done for afterwards! All my writing plans went out the window.

But today is a new day, and even though I have to go in to the office for an insurance meeting, I have the rest of the day to do as I please -- though I suppose I should work laundry and fixing a meal or two in there somewhere...

And I think I shall have to lay out all my gifts and mathoms in little piles to see if I have forgotten anything or anyone. It's getting to be time to start thinking about sending those packages!

So glad they didn't have to give you The Drugs. That saved you a bit of money too, I guess.
I have most of my mathoms packaged up, I just have to get to the PO and mail them. I can't find what Tanja wanted though, but I have a bit of time to keep looking.

I've been away for a little bit and so have been enjoying seeing everybody's holiday icons for the first time. Yours is by far the best one I've run into! It is so purrrrfect! Makes me purr with gentle giggles.
