Feeling puny

I stayed home from church today, as I am feeling a bit puny, as we say at my house. I'm on the third day of a doubled dose of BP medication, and I am feeling the effects. I haven't had the dreadful headache so far today -- though I am thinking it might be coming -- and I am now feeling queasy and have other symptoms that go along with an unhappy tummy. This is all part of the deal, common symptoms that should settled eventually. The doctor as well as our medical advisor at the office say not to worry about any of it for a couple of weeks. I am to call the doctor, though, if my BP goes too low.

I trust I will be settled soon!

Face of the Enemy Chapter 6

Well, it's been almost two months since I was able to add a new chapter to this tale. Hopefully those of you who have been following it haven't forgotten everything and everyone! This was just supposed to be a short tale of Boromir, Captain of Gondor -- a couple of chapters, inspired by a line from TTT.

But suddenly it is a much larger tale, with lots of new people and situations that need telling about. It is fascinating to me how a story about Boromir can suddenly become just as much about other characters as it is about him. There are some new faces here who are becoming quite intriguing to me...
