Feeling puny

I stayed home from church today, as I am feeling a bit puny, as we say at my house. I'm on the third day of a doubled dose of BP medication, and I am feeling the effects. I haven't had the dreadful headache so far today -- though I am thinking it might be coming -- and I am now feeling queasy and have other symptoms that go along with an unhappy tummy. This is all part of the deal, common symptoms that should settled eventually. The doctor as well as our medical advisor at the office say not to worry about any of it for a couple of weeks. I am to call the doctor, though, if my BP goes too low.

I trust I will be settled soon!

just have to say i love your icon, still. hope you are feeling better quickly - must be horrible to be feeling out of sorts even though its supposed to make you feel better.

take it easy today...it is afterall the day of rest :D

This icon is one of my favorites. Just the thought of Pippin leaning against Boromir talking to him makes me feel all mushy inside. The larger picture has Merry in it on Bor's other side -- I hated to cut him out, but I couldn't get Pip in otherwise. Besides, Merry's just sitting there, listening not leaning. ;-)

It is irritating to be taking a drug that makes you feel worse before you feel better -- but I know it will settle soon. I've been taking the lower dose for years.

Hiya! I'm doing better. I have some major work to do today to get ready for a guest, so I'm not going to take my BP dose until later in the morning, after I do all the moving around kind of work. Then if I have a problem with it, I can do the sitting around kind of work. Nice thing about having a job editing, I can do it at home as easy as at the office.
