Moving and changing

Today we begin the real work of rennovating. By that I mean the heavy stuff -- putting away decorations and moving furniture so we can get at the walls to take down the wallpaper and do repairs on the wall prior to painting. It's going to be a big job, but at least we have control over it ourselves at this point -- and no guests to trip over in the process.

During breaks, when I can get online, I am going to be doing a different kind of rennovating. This journal style is on its way out, to be replaced by the new "Linaewen's White Tower." I've been playing with new styles, colors and backgrounds, and I am pretty pleased with what is coming out of it. There are just a few more things I want to set in place, before I make the switch here at chez lin4gondor.

Gotta go, my furniture mover is calling me. ;-)

**Edited** My DH was so keen to get going on the moving of stuff that he made me go before I had a chance to say I had a lovely time with pippinswolf last night over supper!

Hopefully the new look isn't overkill....

As you all have noticed by now, I have a thing about white towers and the clear ringing of silver trumpets. And I have taken that obsession to new lengths with my new journal look. :-D

But who cares, hehe! I quite like this new look -- it is much more soothing than my previous scheme, and fits with my interests quite nicely.
