Hump Day report
Apr. 6th, 2005 12:51 pmI've spent the entire morning fighting with a CD duplicating thingy that has decided to be finicky about which CD's it will accept and which ones it will throw on the floor. Not getting much else done, trying to keep track of that mess. And this machine is supposed to save me time? :-/
It's a total crime to be indoors today!!! And me without even a decent window to look out on the springtime. Just as well, I suppose, I'd want to be out in it even worse if I could see it! 'Tis a nice day here in PA. ;-)
Things are moving along on the floor refinishing front. It is very stinky there now, with all the stuff being put on the wood floors, but thankfully, we can have the doors and windows open today. Tomorrow I expect I shall be trapped on second floor with no way to get down or out, as Hubby does the floor in the foyer/entryway. We won't be able to walk on it for a number of hours. It could be a nice way to get some writing done, actually, if I can manage to think ahead enough to have everything I need upstairs. I shall have to plan very, very carefully...
