Did you know...
Nov. 8th, 2005 02:07 pm...that is actually is humanly possible to drive 15 hours straight (with one 20 minute nap) all by oneself and live to tell the tale?
It is.
Just make sure you have lots of chocolate, Starbucks coffee, Mac and Don hamburgers -- and a CD player that plays music loudly. Listening and singing along to U2 and Glad, LOTR soundtracks, the Music of Sharpe, and Sean Bean reading King Arthur, got me through my 15 hour day with flying colors.
Just don't ask me to sit in the car again for a really long time.
Not much else happening here, except recovery time and looking at the newspaper ads about houses or apartments to rent...
