I must be disciplined
Jan. 11th, 2006 09:02 amIt's a grey icky day here in southern Wisconsin; the kind of day that makes one cringe to look out the window -- unless you are my son, who feels positively skippy when it is grey and cold. So I might not get outside for a walk, but there's still plenty to do inside.
And that brings me to the point of my post! There is no point in fussing about all I have to do if I don't buckle down and do it. So that's my plan for the day -- getting some things done that I have been fretting over, yet procrastinating to the point of lunacy:
-tidy up the place a bit
- write a report that is due in a few days and email it - half done!!
- write the group prayer letter I have been putting off until it's so late it's not funny
-take books back to the library that are due today
- find a home for at least one box of things that haven't been put away yet
- begin reorganizing the storeroom so I can stash more stuff in there
I'll update as I check things off the list!
**Edited**
Things I did that were not on the list:
- Watched some DVD episodes of a TV show with my son
- Played games on the internet ;-)
- Wrote Very Important emails in connection with my RW work
