It's my boy's birthday today!
My now 23 year old is having a sleep in, while I go fetch his newspapers for him and buy eggs and bacon to make him a birthday omelet. Unfortunately, he has to spend much of his birth day delivering newspapers, but at least the weather is the way he likes it -- cool, grey and threatening rain!
We are being taken out by my inlaws for steak tonight, to celebrate all the birthdays this month in one go, but we're taking our boy out tomorrow to the place of his choice.
Hopefully, the final birthday present will be delivered today, so that Dear Son can get his birthday books on time -- he's a boy after my own heart when it comes to reading, so I always know what to get him. ;-)
