Ugh.....

We had lightning and thunder last night like I've never seen or heard outside of the Himalaya Mountains -- the kind that rolls around and around without stopping all night long (and is still doing it), sometimes not so loud, and then all of a sudden very loud and sharp.  We had some rain and some wind and some pretty bad lightening, but it didn't amount to any particular damage in my area.

Except damage to my sleep.

I soooo needed a good night's sleep last night, but I didn't get it.  Ah, well.  I shall have to cope, because there's no rest in sight as I am in the homestretch of getting my act together for my cooking journey.  I have more to do on my last day home than is good for me.

We leave early tomorrow morning, so I will not be online for a bit, until I can get organized and set up -- and free from the kitchen!

Can someone point me in the direction of the coffee....?
