Tobah is an Urdu word that means repent -- but it's also used as an exclamation of dismay or annoyance, kind of like "good grief.".
The day started out uncomplicated, with a visit to Weight Watchers to get weighed in -- both DS and I lost almost 2 lbs each, so that was encouraging. But by the time I got home I knew I needed a second breakfast in a hurry, to avoid low blood sugar troubles that were lurking.
In the process, I forgot all about the phone conference I had scheduled with a committee I'm on to revise an Operations Manual, so I had to scurry when they called me to say "where are you" -- I eventually got my second breakfast while also juggling the phone (fortunately portable), a cup of coffee, a laptop, a scribbly hard copy of the manual and a blunt pencil. Now that we have ironed out all the inconsistencies in titles and made some decisions on some minor issues, I can go ahead and do the copy editing. I think I shall put that job on the front burner, because that's the sort of thing that can't be managed in the middle of packing to move (which we aren't doing just yet).
The List of Doom... it's getting heavier... :-D
In what is left of the day, I need to try to get a handle on the following:
*counts hours left in the day and briefly panics*
See you all later when at least one thing is done and I'm sitting down for my mid afternoon snack! Maybe I'll have an idea for a verse or some lyrics for Thursday by then.

In what is left of the day, I need to try to get a handle on the following:
my kitchen- the laundry (which is still possibly optional for one more day, at least)
- meal plans
- several reports that are imminently due
*counts hours left in the day and briefly panics*
