Am I sick, or what?
Jan. 29th, 2007 08:07 amI had the oddest day yesterday, I was soooooo tired, I just couldn't function. I felt just a tiny bit ill on Saturday evening, then yesterday I woke up feeling not very rested. I literally slept through church (which I usually don't do), so when we got home, I threw food on the table for the boys and went to bed. I had a very long nap, and felt slightly less limp afterwards, but not entirely. I still feel odd this morning, like I haven't been getting enough sleep (which is possible, we had disturbed sleep a couple of times this week due to the neighbors' dogs barking), or like I do after I've been sick with a fever and am now recovering -- except I haven't been sick, that I know of. Guess I'll have to just keep taking it easy and sleep when I feel like it, so I can recover from whatever is making me like this -- or prevent whatever might be coming. ;-)
So today's plan will be to take it easy and feel better. Not a bad thing to do on a Monday, I guess!
For those of you who can't take time off this week -- even if you ought to -- I am hoping and praying that you will find yourself some breathing room amidst your busyness and stress:
