I am thankful for the opportunity to participate in such a memorial as this. I have been much blessed that the two in my close family who have fought with cancer were healed of it, as well as some very close friends of mine. Yet there are those who are just as close who are struggling still, and also dear ones whose family members are putting up a fight as they deal with this particular battle.
I'm praying for all who fight and for those who have been wounded in lost battles.
