Life is about to get complicated here where I live.
Our mission office is running seven different conferences over the next month, almost simultaneously -- and that means mass hysteria and much tearing of hair among coworkers as we try to get ready in time. Not literally, of course, but you can well imagine that we are all feeling a bit of pressure here!
My hubby and I have a lot of different irons in this fire as well, with our jobs in the office as well as running the guest house for those coming and going in the next month or two. Many are coming from overseas and then going back -- our teammate from Pakistan is one of them, so we are excited about being able to spend time with him, but it could also bring up those sad feelings of loss again. :-/
Many weekends we have a full house for just a night or two, but other times we have some guests staying for long periods of time. That is one of our ministries of service here, but I know it will be draining to have so much coming and going and people in the house all the time, in addition to all the other stuff we do.
I would appreciate your prayers and your thoughts for me during this time. I'll do my best to keep up with you all through LJ, the boards, and email, because I don't want any of you to be neglected. :-D
But if you don't hear from me, it's not because I am ignoring you -- it's because I am a prisoner of the RW and can't get away!

And know I'm thinking of you, holding your hand, and loving you! Give N & D hugs!
