linaewen: (Boromir Caradhras Rescue by kasiopea)
Actually, I know perfectly well that in this neck of the woods, you don't put away your snow shovel until May or June, because one never knows when the unexpected will happen.  Still, it was looking interesting around here for awhile -- we were just beginning to see the grass again as the warmer weather we had for a bit melted off quite a lot of the snow cover.  The warm didn't last for long, though.

Now we've got more snow coming in the next day or two -- lots more snow.  They are even using the "b & w" words when they speak of the coming storm -- blizzard and white-out conditions.    Ah, well, no matter!  Snow is good, and blizzards are kind of fun -- if you don't have to drive anywhere.

Sounds like a good weekend to stay indoors and write Boromir fics!  Which I plan to do -- though I imagine I'll be called upon to do some shoveling as well.  Hubby bought a new snow shovel just for me!

*sigh*

I so don't want any more snow here! I've had enough. Is it spring yet?

*giggles*

Did you get the email I sent you? I don't know if I have the right address.

Yep, I got the email. *g* I'm not too hopeful that I can come, as that's a time of year we have much going on here, and we are taking a trip later in August -- but it sounds like fun, so I'm watching for more details. Keep me in the loop, okay?

Not spring yet, looks like...

I shall watch for you! You have a good weekend, too, even if you won't be so lucky as to have to shovel snow. ;-)

What, just for you?? Does it come with Boromir's muscles too? ;-)

Too bad about the snow - at least I would be thinking so, but I'm wanting to go outside and play with plants. Keep bringing on the cocoa and blankets and Borofics!

I might have my own Boromir-like muscles by the time this winter is over, lol!

We're having an early spring over here. Today it was positively warm in the sunshine. :-)

I hope the snow will melt quickly!!!

Good luck with that shoveling, and try not to drive!

Well, since you like snow, I don't think this sounds like too much of a hardship. :-) I do like your plans for the weekend! ~~ LHB

hehe! Such a romantic gift. His and hers snow shovels. ;)

If it gets too blizzard-like, you can send Boromir out. He has a talent for it. *hugs!*
