I am very grateful for everyone's thoughts for me this past week. It has indeed been very busy, but I am doing all right, and getting through. My BP is still high, but I am doing what I can and trying not to worry about it!
I went for a wonderful walk yesterday, in the nearby cemetery -- which is extensive and very beautiful, not to mention peaceful. The cicadas were out in force, which was nice, because I have missed hearing them in our neighborhood. They don't seem to be around where we live; not enough trees, I guess. I do love the sound of them!
I'm looking forward to lunch out today with my coworker, as a late birthday outing. I am starving already, in spite of having a good breakfast! :-/
Well, things are starting to hop at the office here, so I'd better get back to work.

Continue taking care of yourself!
