I need to make a list myself. One of my fellow dieters in the program shared something that she does to break herself of the habit of snacking. She puts her own 'list of doom' on the refrigerator, where she'll see it when she goes to open it as if to search for food, and instead of eating, she picks one thing on the list to do. Might keep me caught up on my housework and mail!
