Oh my goodness! That's hard to justify as anything other than highway robbery. No wonder minute usage is the bane of all the parents of teens everywhere. I have never gone over my minutes either, but in setting up my new phone there was much connecting to the internet and so forth, so I am a bit concerned.
The paperwork does not sound like a way one would choose to spend a day, but a nice trip to the library is always good, and a nice memory, too. I hope all goes smoothly and quickly with the details.
