My mom just called to tell me that after having some tests done today, my Dad is on his way to the big city hospital to have a pacemaker put in. He has been getting more and more lethargic, and they finally realized it is because his heart rate has slowed way down.
This could be the answer to a lot of his current problems (though he still has some chronic ones), and the surgery to put it in is not that big a deal, but it's always a bit of a worry when he goes into the hospital! Though he does always come out feeling better... ;-)
Anyway, I'll keep you posted!
