Scurrying is the name of the game today

I suspect we are all scurrying to get done what needs doing for the holidays. Even as I rush madly from room to room trying to get ready to sit in the car for 20+ hours, I am thinking of you all and praying for lovely holidays and blessed times with family and peace in your hearts during the coming days.

My wee family is traveling by car to Wisconsin tomorrow; Hubby is well again, and we both enjoyed having an extra day to get ready -- or to have more time to be online talking to friends, as the case may be.
;-) I shall be incommunicado tomorrow, but hope to poke my head in on Friday with a wee note of greeting. It will be a busy day recovering from the trip, visiting with my folks, frantically wrapping ALL my gifts, watching the Packers play and BEAT the Vikings, having our Christmas Eve meal, going to church, and then the gift-giving (my family traditionally celebrates on Christmas Eve). But there will be time for you all, too, I will make certain of that.

See you on Friday -- if not before, since I simply CANNOT stay away from my computer, even when I am busy! :-D

I'm hoping to get down to Sandy's on the 27th; why don't you call her and see if you can work out something? My mom just told me the weather is horrible in Ohio, so I'm trying to decide if we can even drive tomorrow. :-/ Hopefully we can get away, I need the break from this place!
