My main goals for the day were to start on a diet (again) and go for a walk. So far so good!
The diet is... well, a diet, 'nuff said. The walk was wonderful! The weather is slightly warmish, but beautiful nonetheless and it was very pleasant on my walk. We have a very large cemetery a few blocks from our house and it is the perfect place to walk and sit -- beautiful, quiet and very pleasant. I took my notebook with me and wrote a bunch of ideas for my inkling, so I feel very content at having accomplished something useful as well as something fun.
I had a nice weekend as well at a retreat with my coworkers from the mission office; we had a good time being together and being silly in a way we can't manage as easily at the office. It was a very relaxing time and good for teamwork as well!
