Rolling up my sleeves and digging in

I'm not sure why I woke up so early when I was so tired last night, but I did. But I had a nice sleep for all that!

Lots to do today; I was going to head back to the office to pick up where I left off, but there is too much that needs doing in the house. I think there are some nice renovations there somewhere, but I can't see them, as everything is all dissheveled and messy and needs cleaning. A nice thing to come back to! Hubby did what he could, but he's been working to try to patch up the inevitable mistakes the work team made because they were in a hurry. A number of things are yet to be finished, of course -- and I begin to wonder, are renovations ever finished? Perhaps not, but at least they are at a halt for now until we recover from the last round.

I hope!

Anyway, should be a good day, especially if we can get our air conditioners installed before it gets too hot! :-D

Hubby just brought me a cup of Starbucks -- wheee!

Eek, I hope you get those air conditioners installed quickly! I am really not good with hot weather; makes me so lethargic and that frustrates me endlessly. Luckily Danish summers are not like that--they often have more cloudy days than sunny....which of course also can be frustrating at times. But what can you do? The weather will be the weather. ;-)
