Ugh!

I'm just here for a minute, to let you know I am fine and that we made it to Wisconsin, after a rather stressful trip.

Stressful, you ask? Why stressful? Well, for one thing, it was 24 hours of Greyhound with about a million tranfers to different buses. And then there was the luggage...

Let's just say that we made up for all those years of traveling internationally with no luggage mishaps, by losing so many pieces of luggage between PA and WI it wasn't funny.

However, I am happy to say, it was only temporary, and most of them are back in our possession (though a day late and with several more grey hairs in the process) and the one that isn't should be on its way back home where it will be taken into protective custody by our son.

Let the vacation begin once more-- now that we have clean clothes again. ;-)

The weather is better than PA right now; fairly cool, a bit rainy at the moment, but it is supposed to be perfect next week for camping -- high of 80 in the day, low of 65 at night, partly sunny, hopefully not too humid. Whoo hoo!

We'll hook up again eventually, don't worry -- praying your time in TN went well!!

I suppose it wasn't technically lost, since we got it all back, but for about a day we didn't know if we would get it back, so that counts as lost in my book. ;-) But it's all present and accounted for, and we are now wearing ourselves out vacationing. :-D
