A hard day ahead

I'm about to have a discussion with my supervisor, which I am dreading. Not because he is a horrible person, but because he is one of the most understanding and funny and helpful supervisors you could possibly imagine. I basically have to tell him I am leaving, and why, and it is going to be difficult, because the whole situation with leaving is so odd. (More on THAT later!)

I would appreciate your prayers and encouraging thoughts today and in the coming days, as we sort out our situation. Our goal in these days is to exhibit grace under pressure! (Again, more on that later.)

Thank you! They had an effect, because it went very well, and I am so relieved I hardly know how to act. I should have remembered about answers that are exceedingly abundant beyond what what we ask or think.

That's a tough situation indeed... I faced the same when telling my classmates I was leaving them. It wasn't easy, but it went better than I expected. I hope the same happens for you, and at any rate I'll send up a prayer for strength. ((((Lin))))
