Keeping occupied

I had plenty to do today, most of which involved sorting papers (why do we store our important papers in piles on various flat surfaces when we have perfectly good empty file drawers to put them in?), doing laundry (still catching up on bedding from when guests were here last week, eeek!), and driving with my son (my first time with him in heavy traffic -- he was fine, I was less fine!).

In spite of all I had to do, though, I made sure I sat and watched every minute of Good Morning America this morning, so I wouldn't miss this:

I had to wait until the last 10 minutes or so of Good Morning America to see him -- of course! -- but it was a good interview about the Bean's role in Flightplan, with a nice little film clip to whet our appetites for next Friday. The film premieres September 23.

Well, I guess I'll get back to work now and see what all I can accomplish before it's time to make supper for a couple of hungry guys.

Elijah Wood was on the radio station I listen to this morning; I didn't hear him speak because I was running around working but I think he was doing a plug for the Children's Hospital telethon they were running.
I can't wait to see this movie!

I guess Elijah has a couple of films out in these days as well, but I haven't followed his career as closely, hee!

It's going to be a tense movie, but in a good way, methinks. I shall take my blood pressure medicine before I see it! :-D

Why indeed. *wry smile* I do exactly the same thing. And every now and then I actually clean up and put them in drawers in nice piles, and I STILL don't learn to put them away. Even after that I keep stacking them. Hehe.

Another Bean movie? Sounds good to me. ;) And good luck with the moving! (((Lin)))

Nathan wants to know how one can maintain eternal scruff like he seems to be able to do. :-D Rumor has it that he is growing his hair long again for the filming of the new Sharpe film, supposedly set for filming in November. *quiet but powerful squeeeee*

Fared really well, everyone knew I was out of it and banded together so we could get out early. Then I proceeded to cough all night and not get a wink of sleep. I called in sick today. I know when I'm beat.

looks like he's lost some weight as well, perhaps he needed to, to be able to fit back into his rifleman jacket :D which he still has apparently (as well as sharpes' sword!)
