I was away yesterday, to a women's retreat put on by the church women in our district. It was lovely to see lots of friends after not seeing them for awhile -- even though I'm only two hours away from where I grew up, I don't get home all that often -- and the speaker was very good. It was nice to get away and drive through the southwest Wisconsin countryside on a sunny day.

Hubby checked in to let me know he slept off his mango allergy, and then sent me a long list of books to make decisions about. Sure wish we had transporter technology, he could just beam them to me, instead of making me decide which ones have to stay behind and which ones get mailed ultrasnail mail. :-/
Have a good Saturday, my dears; I'm hoping to get some writing done while my boy delivers newspapers -- or else some napping. ;-)

Still, not soon enough to help in this situation I'd imagine. ;)
