It's cool this morning, yay! They say it will get hot later in the day, but at least it is cool for now. Makes me want to go outside and take a walk or something, but I think I'll save my energy for grocery shopping.
I'm feeling better today, but I know I still have to take it easy and not do too much too soon. I think I slept pretty well last night, but at times, I was aware that I was sleeping -- I was not quite asleep enough to not notice the passage of time, if you know what I mean. That happens sometimes when I am not feeling well. So a nap will probably be in order later today.
Other things I am thinking of doing today include putting together the things DH and I will need for our next wee trip, which is coming up in another week. We head back out to New Jersey for a conference. What with the travel and all, we will be gone about 10 days. I'm looking forward to it, because it will be a relaxing conference to a certain extent, in a nice location, and we will be spending some time with some of the people we work with in our ministry. And I don't mind long drives, even long drives to New Jersey! We are going to stop along the way, both directions, to visit some friends, and I am hoping to have a day or two in Reading, PA on the way back, to do some things at the office and visit with some special friends in the area. We are trying to make arrrangements to stay at the Guest House which we operated for two years -- that will be an interesting visit, to be sure!
Guess I'll go make my list for the upcoming grocery shopping spree. Hope everyone has a good day today!

It's cooler here too- this morning we shut off the A/C and opened the door and some windows, and it's so nice to have some fresh air coming in. It's supposed to get up to 90 degrees today but the oppressive humidity is absent, which makes it much easier to handle.
