Time for Chota Mota
Mar. 16th, 2005 02:00 pmI don't have much to say today, but I don't want to start a trend of not posting anything on Wednesdays, so I'll resort to Chota Mota/Small Fat/This and That/Bits and Bobs.
I helped Hubby move furniture last night, from one room to the other, so that he could rip up the carpet. The worst part about the renovating is actually trying to figure out where to put stuff while a room is being worked on. :-/
Speaking of that, everyone in charge of this renovating show is excited about a mass of volunteers who want to come help do painting and such. Everytime they talk about it, I get a tension headache. It will be nice to get the work done -- and it's that much less work for the Hubby -- but we're the ones who have to supervise the, and have them underfoot and in our house while they do all that work, and they tend to come when it's convenient for them and not for us. /minirant
I am paying the price for not keeping better records, as I try to reconstruct who stayed when and how many meals they ate, during the last few months. Bad girl! Fortunately, I hardly ever delete an email, so I can usually find enough info about it to jog my memory, which is pretty good (so far).
I'm feeling tired today, and I don't know if it's because of stress, low blood sugar, a need for coffee, I'm bored, or what. Coffee with sugar is a cure for many woes, so maybe I'll try that and see how it goes. ;-)
Guess that's enough chota mota for one day! Back to work.
