Quickie update

This is a quick hi -- my library internet time is ticking down, only a few minutes left to go. Also, it is snowing to beat the band and I have to drive home in it, so I guess I shouldn't linger. Not that I mind driving in snow -- I learned to drive in Wisconsin many years ago, and even though I've since lived in temperate climates like Pakistan and Pennsylvania, somehow one does not ever forget how to turn the wheels properly to come out of a skid on slippery ice. ;-)

Nothing much new going on here, but I'm feeling cheerful about it, and that makes each day much nicer than when I was feeling glum. We have taken to checking our phone to see if it works yet, but nothing doing. May Monday be the day -- dialup's looking better every minute, hehe!

Probably won't do the library thing on Sunday, think I'll just stay home and read or something. Might not even be able to go to church at this rate, if the snow keeps up. We have been visiting different churches to see which one we want to attend regularly.
