So far, so good

I haven't much to report, really, which is good, I suppose! I had a pleasant weekend in spite of the fact I was fearing all the guests who were scheduled to arrive. The only hard part was waiting up very late to let them in; other than that we had a great time together! They were all really sweet and easy to get to know -- even though they were only with us a day. So it was a good start to the busy season.

I had a very nice day off on Monday, doing only what I wanted to do, and nothing more. :-)

Today was a bit crazy at work, but not for me; my poor hubby was run off his feet, being paged for this and that job that had to be dealt with "right away" -- good thing he's very energetic! My day was pretty normal.

My main goal for the week is to finish it smiling; I think I can do it, if I get enough sleep, think and plan ahead and don't forget anything, and have some quiet time to do some Boromir writing. That always cheers me up. :-)

I'm glad you got some "Lin Time." Like Miller Time, but less calories and more filling. =) Poor Doug. Get the man some hot water to soak his feet; notice how things are only and emergency after they have sat on someone's desk for days until the deadline is imminent... I'm sure you will finish it smiling. You have a wonderful world view!
