Winter is past

It was real spring today, at last -- almost a month late, too, but I'm so glad to see it, I won't complain!  DH and I had a lovely walk and had the doors and windows open all day.  Lovely!  While we walked we started thinking about our first camping trip of the year; we are thinking of going soon, before the season opens and the mosquitos get bad.  Last year our planned trip turned into a feeding frenzy for the mosquitos, so we don't want to repeat that, thank you very much.  We've a place picked out that's not too far from here, we just have to get toned up for hiking and living in a tent for a few nights.  ;-)

Tomorrow is Wednesday, so I think I'll be taking my computer day off, just so you know.  I concentrate better on the tasks at hand when the computer is actually turned off, so that's what I'll do.  Maybe I'll celebrate the coming of spring with some real spring cleaning!

Yay! I'm glad you got spring finally, ((((Lin)))). Lovely verse, one of many from Song of Solomon and perfect for the season. Spring is rolling into summer here. The jasmine is blooming and the roses are approaching the height of their blooming.

It's still quite chilly here in Raleigh and things are a bit of a mess from the windstorms, though today is supposed to be more Springlike. I shall be thinking of you enjoying your Spring day. See you tomorrow!

Hope you have better luck with your spring cleaning than I did. I did 2 regular weekly chores, and decided that was enough I was done. LOL.
