Yikes, more than a week since posting last?  Hope no one was worried!

In case you have been wondering where I got to, I have been busy being busy with the stuff mentioned in my last post.

• We had a visitor on Monday and Tuesday, and there was much to do (and to hide) before the house was presentable.  :-D  It was a very pleasant time with our friend -- and I have a neat house still, after he has gone!
• I've been helping my mother-in-law with cleaning and sorting -- two days last week, and I'm looking at two more days this week, today and Friday.
• Grocery shopping seems to happen more frequently than it ought to around here, and that always takes a chunk out of the day.  I actually enjoyed my long shopping foray yesterday, because it was nice to be out by myself and I didn't rush it.
• We have lots of things going on at church this week, fun extra things as well as the usual meetings we try to attend regularly.  Sunday is the annual canoe trip and picnic, so we're looking forward to that!

That's not much of an update, but I wanted to say something to let you know I'm still here, doing fine, and hoping for some free time soon!

Glad you had a good time with your friend. Yes, the hiding of things is a great housecleaning technique. God help anyone who opens a particular closet, right.

Always in need a Boromir fix.
Have fun on the canoe. Tom and I have some memories on canoes back in early 70's in Kansas. Nuthin' but trouble and fun.
