I've recently learned -- in the nick of time, it would seem! -- that Yahoo Photos is closing, and any photos stored there will have to be transferred out. There are several options for doing that.
Here's the link to the article about it for regular Yahoo users:

We have a couple of folders of photos in different Yahoo accounts, but I don't think I'll bother having them transferred for me; I'll just upload them again to my computer and take the opportunity to delete the ones I don't want anymore!
I also have a Yahoo account that is an ATT Yahoo email account, which seems to get a different treatment when transferring photos -- I have not choice but to have them transferred to Flickr, and they'll just do it automatically. If I don't want that, I have to upload them to my computer -- then delete them, I guess!
Here's a similar, but not quite the same article for ATT Yahoo users:

(This link may not take you directly to the info, unfortunately; you may have to choose your domain and your type of internet service first to access the ATT Help files.)
All this is just to let y'all know there's change in the wind, if you haven't logged in to your Yahoo photos lately. Better go have a look before September 20, which is the day they close down.
If you don't use Yahoo photos, you can just thank your lucky stars and take a day off, lol! While I don't think it's going to take me a whole day to deal with our handful of photos stored there, it's still something I really didn't have in the plan for my week. However, I have some nice pictures, so I guess I'll make it a priority to save them!
