I am keeping busy doing many things at once. My head is in Middle-earth, as I try to write the next chapter of my inkling before the end of the day; the rest of me is keeping busy staying one step ahead of the rats in the rat race. I think I am ahead, anyway...
It seems like I am having more than my fair share of surprises since coming back from vacation -- I was only gone 10 days or so, but I guess it doesn't take that long for potatoes to rot... Things are hopping at the office, and it's a good thing I check my interoffice email even when it's my day off, or I'd be woefully unprepared for what is being put on my plate as we speak!
Anyway, that's all for tomorrow. In the meantime, I hope to use what is left of the day to finish my inkling chapter -- with maybe some time left to watch the first game of regular season football. ;-)
