Finally!

There are an amazing number of doctors here in my town who are no longer taking new patients. I spent quite a bit of my day yesterday being put on hold only to find out that yet another doctor I had been referred to was not available. But I found one at last, referred to me by one of the doctors who couldn't see me. I hope he's a good one -- he can at least write me a script for my meds!

Next up, dentist and eye doctor!

A rather ordinary day today, otherwise -- it's a bit grey out there, but pleasantly cool, and it is drying up after the rain. I have a few wee tasks looking at me from my desk, so I suppose I should get to them. If I finish in a timely fashion, I can then move on to more fun projects!

My icon today has nothing to do with Boromir, for a change. This is a scene from where we used to live in Pakistan. :-D

Happy to hear that you found a doctor and I hope that he is a good. Doctors are hard to fine when they stop taking new people which sad because that is what they are there for. I hope that all goes well for you.

Thanks, dear! I was getting pretty worried, as I have some prescription drugs I need refilled in the very near future -- but I shall be okay now. Fortunately, I am pretty healthy these days -- as long as I have my blood pressure and asthma medications! ;-)

Very peaceful icon, sweetie - love it! I'm glad you found a doctor, finally - a general practitioner, I assume. Will they be able to take on the boys too? Get some good drugs, ok? ( and pass them on to dear friends) My back feels better today - its cool, but dry. ( But I still refuse to drive a huge car, yet...=)

Baby that back of yours, you won't be getting a new one any time soon! Yes, this guy will see my boys, too; I'm sure they'll get sick sooner or later. Thankfully, they have both been pretty hardy and don't give me much trouble in the health line! ;-)
