Good morning!

It is Monday, and a beautiful autumn day outside. I work in the basement of our office, and my only window is glazed, so I can see nothing of the glory that is outside this morning -- which is just as well, perhaps, because I need no more distractions than I already have!

I had a great day on Saturday with pippinswolf! The day was fine to begin with, but even though a bit of rain came along in the afternoon, it didn't dampen our spirits! I really needed the break of going out for the day with a good friend, and it has reenergized me. Wish the rest of you could have joined us!

I have so many things to do today that I am turning in circles! Enroute to do one thing, another task comes to mind -- and on and on. I'm trying to deal with one thing at a time, to see how far I get.

I'm glad you got home safely in the rainstorm and got to shop and buy goodies. I miss you both and wish I could have gone with you! Now concentrate!

The rain was pretty fierce, but I'm glad I went when I did, because at least it was still light out! And by the time I got home, the sun was out again. :-)

Pootie is doing better - he started vomiting yesterday ( now THAT was fun) =(, but he was finally able to keep stuff down, had a good nap and slept well last night, so this morning he was only slightly warm. He begged to go to school, so I let him, on the condition that he tell his teacher right away if he felt bad, so she could call me. He really missed school yesterday!
