I am taking this opportunity to sigh loudly and show off a new icon by silver_echoes aka captinskywalker.

I have been proofreading an Employee Manual all day and it is booooooring! I think it is a magic manual -- for every page I read and edit, another one appears in its place, so that I am never finished.

It is amazing to me that I can read, comprehend and edit, while my mind dwells on other things -- like all the other jobs I wanted to do today but can't get to because of the "magic manual!"

Sigh!!! Back to work. :-/

Aaa... *blush* I saw the picture and absolutely fell in love with it, so I HAD to make an icon of it, in spite of the fact that I haven't seen that episode yet. I think I'm going to have to find it on tape and buy it, because it looks priceless!

I wondered if you had seen it. It is the most excellent and classic -- not to mention hilarious -- episode there is in all ST. My favorite series, DS9, did a followup version of it, which is also wonderful. I shall have a look and see if I have either of those here with me. ;-)

Ah, good! I can't wait to see that episode. Do let me know once you've found out if you have it, will you? If you don't, I'll go ahead and buy it. I'm about to buy another couple of tapes with some TOS episodes I want to see on them, but I'll hold off until you know if you have the tribble one. If you don't, I can order that one as well. :)

Well, it looks like I don't have The Trouble With Tribbles here -- it's probably in Pakistan. :-( However, I did find a copy of Trials and Tribbleations, which is the DS9 episode that features that TOS episode. :-D

Go ahead and order Tribbles, and I'll copy and send along the DS9 episode, with another TNG episode if I can find one.

Sounds lovely! I will indeed, this very day, if possible. I'm also planning on getting City on the Edge of Tomorrow, I believe it's called, and Amok Time (plus a couple others that made it onto those tapes). Both are supposed to be quite good, and I've been wanting to see a bit of TOS for a while.

I will be looking forward to that tape!
