Captain of Gondor

Thanks to my dear friend boriel, I am now the proud owner of Boromir in Gondorian armor, who arrived in the mail yesterday! Yay!!! He looks remarkably like Sean Bean -- amazing how they can do that with these action figures!

Boromir in GA is one of the few action figure I have who stands up without propping -- how fitting for a leader of men. ;-)

LOL...one of the few who stands up without having to be propped! i love it.

as for looking like sean bean, well, not bad. better than viggo and those funny 'never two that look the same' striders :D

It's amazing how my two Boromir figures look so different, and yet they are the same guy. Boromir with Battle action from FOTR looks perfectly like Boromir -- B with GA doesn't look quite like Boromir, more like SB trying to look like Boromir, hehe! I have him posed in such a way that he is showing off the best side of his profile. ;-)

How generous, and what a great gift! :-) I haven't even seen that one yet, but am hoping to - and yes, he *should* stand on his own feet, of course!
