linaewen: (Shades National Treasure)
Haven't done one of these for awhile, but there are some things to report:

For SB fans in Canada -- on TV TONIGHT 10/27: Airborne (MCEA)

For SB fans in the US (and possibly Canada??) 11/7 and 11/14: Henry VIII (PBS - Masterpiece Theatre)

For really committed SB fans, the 2004 Sean Bean BW Calendar:

For those who can't wait to see Mr. Bean in National Treasure come November 19, here's the link to a really nice 10 minute preview:

And just for fun, a veerrrrrry nice picture I "just happened upon" one day -- sorry, it's a bit large, I still haven't figured out how to reduce them. But it's kinda nice this size...

*salivers* That is a very big and lovely Man you have there! Keep putting up pics like that and I may loose my taste for Elf-flesh! *giggles*

I am looking forward to seeing Nat Treas too! (((Bean)))

Ahhhhhh! Lovely!

I've been stuffing envelopes and putting labels on them all evening, while listening to Mr. B's lovely voice on the FOTR actor commentary. Veeeeerrrrry relaxing! ;-)

He says quite a lot, throughout the whole second DVD of the film -- it's fascinating stuff, some funny stories (about how he hated the helicopter ride or how he wasn't really there in some of the scenes) and some really excellent insight into Boromir. He talks over most of the Boromir scenes, but in other places as well. He's also on the 1st DVD, once Boromir appears on the scene. ;-)

That is a marvelous picture, Lin, and I can't wait to see him in Henry 8th. I much prefer the 8th's younger daughter to Hank himself but he was supposed to be tall, blondish, and charasmatic, which S.B. should pull off wonderfully. Did you see the A&E movie of Charles II (The Last King)?

Love the calendar, but I wish they'd put somewhere on it the origins of each quote and picture. Some I recognized but otheres I didn't. Thanks for sharing!!
