What a day!

Awake at 3 am, miserable all day with a bad cold and sneezing and sinus pain, hubby miserable all day with a bad cold, etc. etc., a nice nap interrupted by my son's computer almost burning up because something got put in backwards -- that kind of smoke is not nice when one has a sore throat -- and a cough that only surfaces when I lay down to sleep.

::sigh::

But the weather was so nice, it made up for everything. Spring at last, even if it was only for one day. And the computer survived. And I have a day off tomorrow, so even if I don't sleep tonight, it won't matter. And I got a new Boromir chapter written. And my dad is out of the hospital and feeling fine again (he had congestive heart failure and pneumonia).

So I guess a cold isn't so bad... :-D

new icon looks more than decent...i was thinking last night that you had made it and wondering how, but this morning i see pippinswolf and wadearturo have ones very similar....are these from the end credits of the movie? where did you get it from? can i find aragorn? hummm? LOL.

hope you and hubby are feelign better today...brian is sick now too and i still have that same cough i had when i got back from LA..its been a month! sheesh

Aragorn is there near the top; I had to wait ages for Boromir to load -- he's the last but one, in the order of the credits. They are all quite lovely!

No, I was doomed before that -- I got it from my son! I'm forcing myself to drink alot of liquids, and that seems to be helping my head clear a bit now.

I love that new icon of yours! I made one for myself, though it seems a bit dark.

Darling rosiegardener sent it to me. I think all of them look a bit dark because the background in the movie was a little dark too.
