The rat race -- or should I say orc race?

It's one of those days -- not a bad day, really, as I am feeling quite chipper and the weather is lovely and I had a greatly relaxing weekend. But ever since I woke up this morning I have been playing catch-up -- and no amount of running seems to be helping me get ahead! It's one of those days where unexpected things come up that cause delay or distraction or a change of plans, and it's just a big scurry to keep up.

Oh, joy! One more thing added to the list -- Yahoo just went down. Lovely.

Well, that's a blessing in disguise, I guess -- I'll just have to turn my attention to something else for a bit. I have plenty of other things demanding my attention, so those emails I was going to send will just have to wait. ;-)

My goal for this Monday? To catch up, and pull ahead of the rats and the orcs!
