If you recall, "chota mota" is Urdu for this and that, bits and bobs, odds and ends -- it literally means "small fat." Here are a few odds and ends to start off my day...
**This excellent advice was printed in the bulletin of my church at home, which we attended over the holidays:
**I walked a quarter of a mile yesterday just doing housework -- and that involved mostly stairs, up and down! I'm feeling a bit stiff today, but it will pass -- especially once I get home to do some more up and down walking. ;-)
**Here's an addition to my Sean Bean alert of last night, concerning his role in Flight Plan -- yay, he's going to be a good guy again! Maybe he'll even get the girl for a change. ;-)
Guess that's it for now, I'd better get to work!

A smile is a curve that can set most things straight.
Never look down on someone, unless you are helping them get up.
I really like these -- and I shall endeavor to put this advice into practice every day. :-D In fact, today I shall try smiling in the face of the writing deadline that is making me very nervous right now...

The Express (uk) on Christmas Eve had the following on their 'Showbiz' page, accompanied by a headshot of Sean: 'Heart-throb Sean Bean is ditching his movie villain image to play the nice guy for once. He stars opposite Jodie Foster in a new thriller, Flight Plan, in which he plays a dashing captain. "I'm trying to diversify," he laughs. "I play an airine pilot who helps Jodie's character when her child goes missing in mid flight. He's a good, responsible man. "But I do enjoy villainous roles. They're really meaty - something you can get your teeth into. It's good to be horrible." The Sheffield hunk's latest picture, National Treasure, sees him [being true to his word] and playing the bad guy again.'
Guess that's it for now, I'd better get to work!
