Hope springs eternal

The weather report reads:
Forty percent isn't very high as far as percentages go, but hope springs eternal in the heart of a confirmed Wisconsinite who misses her snow. It's January after all, it's not supposed to be warm enough to open the windows!

Tonight: Cloudy skies early followed by a mixture of light rain and snow overnight. Low 33F. Winds NW at 5 to 10 mph. Chance of precip 40%.
Tomorrow: Snow showers and flurries possible during the morning with a chance of continued flurries later. Temps nearly steady in the low 30s. Winds NW at 10 to 20 mph. Chance of snow 40%.
